I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with exceptionally spacious and elegantly appointed rooms, free upgrade to a junior suite, and fantastic service from the front desk staff. The location, nestled between Parisian and Venetian styles, truly stood out. While the dining experience was joyful, the unexpected late-night interruption was a downside.
The hotel had rooms with better views than construction sites, decorated with rose petals and an unexpected gift, along with complimentary food and beverages. The service was impeccable, with staff always helpful and smiling, creating memorable guest experiences. The location was unbeatable, easy to reach neighboring attractions, although lacking a shuttle service. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a luxurious stay with excellent service and attention to detail.
